Mid-Senior Designer – SD3205

The Speed Read:
This is a great opportunity to join the creative team of the UK's leading provider of online fundraising services to charities and their supporters as a Mid-Senior Designer, producing meaningful design that will have an effect on peoples lives for the better.

The Facts:
You will be part of a small team, working collaboratively with a cross-functional team in an environment that is both creative and technical. More specifically, you will be responsible for creating beautiful, engaging and optimised marketing campaign web pages as well as the full range of traditional applications.  

You will need to have an excellent understanding of all design mediums, with at least 5+ years experience. You will demonstrate a strong creative flair, with a forward thinking and proactive approach to your work, and a knack for attention to detail.

In addition you will be an expert in Indesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, coupled with good sketching skills to help quickly communicate your ideas. Excellent knowledge of web build and design with a working understanding of HTML, CSS and accessibility would be preferable, together with a comprehensive understanding of artwork delivery.

Senior Designer – SD3206

The facts:
You will join a small but growing design team, working collaboratively with a cross-functional team of UX designers, copywriters, developers and marketeers, in an environment that is both creative and technical. More specifically, you will be creating innovative web products, mobile apps, web pages, as well as the full range of traditional print applications.

You will need to have an excellent understanding of all design mediums but particularly digital, with at least 7+ years experience. You will demonstrate a strong creative flair, with exceptional traditional graphic design skills applied to digital design.  You will be forward thinking with a proactive approach to your work, and excellent attention to detail.  You will also have experience in managing and mentoring a team, as you will be required to support the Creative Lead in these activities.

You’ll be able to easily demonstrate an excellent knowledge of web build and design with a working understanding of HTML, CSS and accessibility is essential.

Midweight Designer - SH3208

The Speed Read:
We need a mid weight designer for a sports branding agency.

The Facts:
This branding agency works with global sports businesses and consumer sports brands across loads of deliverables that include branding and digital to publications and event graphics. They need a strong all rounder to join their team. You should be able to demonstrate a folio of beautifully executed corporate identity work, including guidelines, and you should be both conceptual and able to detail a project through to delivery. Although you will not be required to design for digital, you will be able to create a visual language that can work in digital. Some projects will have lots of content and your folio will also show that you can deal with data and turn it into info graphics and strong layouts.

You should be confident and articulate, able to present your ideas to clients, in an engaging and persuasive manner. You will be working initially with a global sports organisation and will be required to produce innovate ideas while staying on brand.

You can work independently but this is a busy agency, so it’s important that you are a team player; you will be happy to roll up your sleeves.

You’ll have:

The facts:

Our client is a small and lovely team who form the London office of a larger international agency, working predominantly for a major financial client based in the City. They are looking for a senior designer to take the reigns from senior/lead designer who is shortly to go on maternity leave. The contract is for 1 year.

The facts:
You will be an experienced Senior Designer, used to both leading and being very hands on. Experience in a small team would be advantageous as you will be used to wearing a number of hats - this is a client facing role, and you will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a mid-weight designer.  

You will have a love of print, illustration and typography. Experience in cardboard engineering would be a plus.

Digital Producer - SH3192
