You will be an account manager with a few years experience and know how to manage a great project, end to end. 
Some design agency experience will have given you a strong sense of process and the right mind for great client service, clear communication and problem solving. 
You will be really organised and understand the impact of changing deadlines and requirements as you move along the process. You will have senior level exposure, so you should be able to talk with the client, be flexible, articulate and assertive (in a good way!).

The facts:
Day to day you will be working with 2 designers and an account director within an overall agency size of around 6 people. You will be great at all the functional aspects of the role; scheduling, budgets and planning. You will be to able to understand and challenge a communications brief and contribute to a conversation that decides the best result. In terms of delivery, there is lots of variety. It could be many different types of print, a website or app, all thoughtfully produced.

Senior Designer - SB3185

Middleweight Designer - SB3221

The speed read:
We are looking for a middleweight Graphic Designer to join a small design team in central London.

The facts:
This is a design for publishing business that has a dedicated in-house creative design team. They produce lots of different communications and magazines for the voluntary sector, major UK trade unions and public watchdogs, to name a few.

You will have between 3-5 years experience and be strong on all the usual Adobe CS software, as well as being comfortable working across multiple projects.

You will enjoy delivering an original concept and seeing it through to full layout, development and artwork.

You’ll be: 
· Happy to take time with a client to discuss changes and improvements as you go along. In fact, you see it as a chance to build the relationship.

· Fantastic with detail and you will be able to communicate clearly to colleagues and clients.

· Very strong on print, but if you've got some digital experience or interest, that’s good too.

Senior 3D Designer - SH3201

The Facts:
You’ll have had at least 5 year’s of design experience and a folio brimming full of creative ideas and beautifully executed concepts. You’ll most likely have worked within an events or branded environments agency but exhibition or theatre design is also relevant for this role. It’s about creating memorable, storytelling experiences for clients.

This job is based predominately in Central London however there is also a requirement to regularly visit the extended team at their base in Hertfordshire (easily accessible from Kings Cross or Liverpool St stations) for meetings and presentations.

You’ll be a key member of the Design team and as such, you’ll be the lead 3d designer on projects and proposals, working alongside Event Producers and Production Managers. This team is small so you’ll have to be happy to be hands on - from attending live pitches to communicate your creative concepts through to the ability to develop your ideas into resolved event solutions producing detailed space planning and construction drawings.
You’ll need excellent design and visualisation skills using Cinema 4D, Strong spatial planning and technical drawing ability using Vectorworks or AutoCAD and great Adobe CS/CC (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign specific) skills to perfect presentation collateral. 

You’ll be:
Able to work under pressure and multi-task, managing competing deadlines while maintaining a high quality of work.

Account Director – Maternity contract (1 year) - SD3211

Are you an Account Director with a passion for beautifully crafted design and packaging within the luxury sector looking for a contract role?  If so, a great opportunity has arisen for a bright, confident and exceptional Account Director to take on a maternity contract at a highly regarded design studio in Central London.  

The facts:
This is a design studio with an exceptional standard and reputation within design. The role will see you wearing many hats so you will not be easily phased, and will always have a smile on your face. You will be responsible for taking on the reigns of the current AD who is the lynch-pin within the agency, so confidence and experience in a similar role is a must. You will be responsible for mentoring and management of the client service team, consisting of 3 account managers and a studio manager. You will be working closely with the Directors on pitches, your own projects and the flow of the team as a whole.  This will include HR duties.

It will be your responsibility that all projects are allocated to the teams, chairing weekly meetings with both your client service team and the design directors to ensure that all projects are running smoothly and you are across whatever is happening in the studio.  You will also have the responsibility of overseeing all client billing.

Exceptional communications skills at all levels and fastidious attention to detail are vital, as is experience in a similar environment, in fact luxury experience is essential.  You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment, with experience of high profile clients and multiple briefs.

The facts:
Primarily you will be charged with supporting the Account Director on larger projects, whilst also having the responsibility of managing a couple of your own projects/clients. Design Director - SB3141

This agency produces luxury communications across print and digital for clients in a specific area of the luxury market.

It is a small team (of around 6 people) and is going through a period of planned growth, as they develop their profile as specialists in this area of design. It’s a great time to join.

The facts:
This agency is looking to find a replacement DD to run a small design team (2 other designers). You will have project management support.

It produces communications in print (magazines, marketing collateral and online (websites, iPad publications, apps). You will relish this variety.

You will be translating senior client needs into a strategy, creating from scratch, presenting, steering the client creatively and making sure all branding and communications that are delivered have purpose and beauty.

At times, you may need to source and steer a myriad of freelance designers, photographers, art directors etc, as well as your own small team of design support. They are a very organised team and you need to be a natural planner; calm and measured and with good foresight.

Your folio will demonstrate a sense of refinement as well as a good variety of purposeful, engaging communications. Some corporate/business communications (showing strong typography and layout) could also be interesting, as it can demonstrate an ability and interest in understanding a client’s business, which is required in this role. You will be comfortable with content, this is not just about luxury.
