We know you are out there. Someone who really gets a kick out of finding out about your client, it’s business, the way it communicates and how that might need to change. Yes, these communications will include annual reports (you really know your way around them), but it also includes lots of other communications, on the page and online. So it’s nice and varied.

3D Creative Lead - SH3094

The facts:
You will be working across a range of creative projects which could include brand experience, exhibitions, product launches and live events and you need to be able to demonstrate experience in these areas. You need to be a strong conceptual thinker with proven leadership skills and have experience of client relationship building. A team player, you will be able to inspire and advise the wider creative group which includes 2d and digital as well as your own team, and ensure consistent creative standards across the project. You will oversee the project process and ensure best practice, and your past experience will have included overall responsibility for the budgeting and planning of creative projects to deliver on brief, on time and on budget. This role requires international travel for extended periods of time.  

You’ll be:
You will be a Senior Designer looking to take the next step or perhaps you are already undertaking this role and are keen to move into a new agency. Your previous work will have given you exposure to a broad range of projects which will include a bias towards architectural, interiors, retail and exhibition design and your degree will be in one of these areas. You will have experience of working on broad communications projects working alongside 2d and digital designers and external suppliers and contractors. You will be used to presenting at Board level so excellent verbal and written skills are a given. You must have good knowledge of Vectorworks or a similar drawing package, Cinema4D and Photoshop and it would be a bonus if you are also highly proficient in freehand drawing and sketching. Your folio should include concept and pitch work, technical drawings and examples of a finished commercial project.

You will be a natural idea generator and strategic in your approach. The facts:
Your key skill will be your ability to understand complicated business stories and ideas and produce intelligent and engaging editorial.

You will be working within a design agency in a design team, but this will be your only project.

The Speed Read:
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced corporate designer, with annual reporting experience, who wants to broaden their portfolio by working across a wider range of corporate communications projects.

The Facts:
This role is within an award winning independent brand communication consultancy based in Central London. Although this is a relatively small agency, it is pitching against and winning work from its larger peers and consequently has some significant global businesses on its client list - they work for FTSE100 clients through to challenger brands.

This is a good opportunity for you if you have had 1-2 year’s commercial experience and enjoy the merits of corporate design.

The speed read:
The consultancy works in financial communications for a range of clients, preparing their City presentations, landing pages for websites, advertising, layout for print (including tabular work) and other designed elements. You will need to be comfortable working with and designing for corporate clients. The consultancy is going through a period of planned growth, so it is a good time to join.

You will also be managing and developing the consultancy’s brand and it’s presence on and offline. You will have scope to review and develop it as appropriate. They would like the design of their content to be better and you will want to help them with that. With the consultancy’s website, you will be managing the content and developing interactive elements to make it engaging.

Some of the client’s presentations will need to be output in Powerpoint. They are straightforward and you can bring in Adobe elements, but you need to be happy to prepare files in this program! 

The facts:
The role will be a 50/50 split between managing work for clients and managing the agency’s own brand. To start with at least, you will be the consultancy's only graphic designer so you will need to be comfortable with this.

The agency continues to build a great client list and is very successful. They work across print and digital to deliver branding, campaign, print materials and advertising and marketing communications. The work is intelligent and varied. 

You will be working in a small design team with 2 others (plus freelancers) and be as strong on ideas as on implementation (you will design through the whole process and see it out the door). You will care about detail, love meeting clients and just love responding to briefs and coming up with ideas that work and are well thought-through.

The facts:
You will have a minimum of 4-5 years experience and be highly proficient in the Adobe Suite.
