Creative Consultant - SB3142

This consultancy helps clients communicate change, a message or a key business goal to its’ employees, at all levels. It works with large organisations to create and implement programmes that do this. The programmes that are developed could include many different forms of creative output, whether it is film, web, print or event based. Whatever it is, it will seek to change, instil, support or inspire certain behaviours that will, in turn, improve performance.

The speed read:
This role is for someone with a creative background (design/branding/advertising) who has the curiosity to get to the heart of an organisation and wants to discover what makes it tick. You will be able to consult with a client, research them and deliver insights that reveal a valuable truth or insight within that organisation. You will then produce and lead the creative brief to the idea that will excite and inspire your clients.

You will lead and inspire a creative team and oversee the output to make sure that your 'big idea' is realised. You will be happy to steer the development and application of the idea across the programme.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills with the strategy, design and production teams. You won’t have a big ego, you will just be really curious about businesses and people and want to produce good, solid, campaignable ideas.

This agency has a proven method or approach for understanding large businesses. You will be happy to adopt an existing philosophy/approach and develop it as necessary.

This is a senior client-facing role and you need self-conviction and gravitas.

Salary: circa £60k-£80k, depending on experience
