You will be working in a small design team with 2 others (plus freelancers) and be as strong on ideas as on implementation (you will design through the whole process and see it out the door). You will care about detail, love meeting clients and just love responding to briefs and coming up with ideas that work and are well thought-through.
The facts:
You will have a minimum of 4-5 years experience and be highly proficient in the Adobe Suite.
It would be good if you have design for digital experience but you won't be counted out, as long as you have a desire and an aptitude to learn.
