This agency has identified a need to find a senior digital creative that can develop the agency's offer and build a team that fits within the branding offer and makes it stronger.
You will be a natural idea generator and strategic in your approach. You will also care about how your ideas are realised and want to stay connected to the whole process (others will help you do this, obviously). You may be an unusual combination as you may be conceptually strong but also very connected to the latest in digital technologies and you see this as part of the same conversation. So you can think broadly as well as deeply. You can have a conversation with a client and the branding team as well as developers.
The facts:
In terms of background, you may well have been a graphic designer who has been designing digitally for some time now. You will definitely have a creative background as you will need to produce ideas as well as develop them.
With delivery, digital may take many different forms: large websites, micro sites, interactive, campaign, advertising and motion graphics. It’s a real mix.
Day to day, you will be meeting clients, responding to creative briefs with colleagues, communicating your ideas, managing developers,  and making it all work better. You must be happy to challenge and have the right temperament so that these challenges are welcomed.
You will have around 10 years experience and currently be a Senior Designer or Design Director looking to make the next step on in their career.
